Tritium Craft NZ (“we”, “us”) operates the website tritium.nz. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how it is handled. We keep it deliberately simple, because what we do with your data is simple.
What we collect and why
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number, so we can fulfil and deliver your order and contact you about it.
- Payment: card and Afterpay payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact messages: if you use our contact form or email us, we keep the message so we can reply.
- Cookies: the store uses cookies to keep your cart working and to remember you if you have an account. Basic, aggregated site statistics may also be collected.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing email unless you have opted in.
- We only share order information with the services needed to run the store: our payment providers, NZ Post (for delivery), and the platforms that host and secure this website.
How long we keep information
Order records are kept as required for accounting and warranty purposes. If you create an account you can view and edit your details at any time from the My Account page.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email nztritium@gmail.com and we will help.
